Rare Traditional African Tagwana statue - Ivory Coast

ThisTagwana statue was collected between 1960 and 1970 and ended up in my private collection in 1991
In the beginning, the colons are the result of the statuettes' complexions along with the natural teintures, representing the white backgrounds of the African artisans, following the filter of the canons' aesthetic traditions.
