Guillaume Corneille van Beverloo better known as Corneille was a Dutch painter. He took art courses at the Amsterdam Rijksacademie. He became one of the founders of the Experimental group, together with Karel Appel and Constant Nieuwenhuys. The three artists left Amsterdam and moved to Paris, where they formed the international artificers CoBrA.
