Nice wooden Ethiopian sculpture from Solomon with seal.
Size are 26 cm high and collected in 1960 in Axum (North Ethiopia).
The stone figure illustrates the King Solomon. Its base is provided with a seal. Ethiopia was the starting point of the legendary love between King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba. To this day, rumors about the couple abound, but very few people know that they have their origin in Ethiopia!
