Very rare Harp of the Bamileke from Cameroon.

Bow harp, Garoua Cameroon
Five-stringed instrument, round wooden neck with side pegs, wooden bow and boat-shaped body, animal skin membrane. Wood, leather, twisted rope. The player used this harp as accompaniment to his singing. The design resembles the five-stringed Ganzavar or Ganjavar harps used in the Bamileke culture of the region or the Bow harp of the Bamileke, Cameroon,
